Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled or modified before 5:00 PM CST on the same day of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing.

What is your return policy?

You can return any unused and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery. For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is free. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I track my order?

Do you ship internationally or to PO Boxes?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, military addresses, and diplomatic locations.
