Instructions for Use

1. Before Use:

Check the trays in your mouth without any gel to ensure a comfortable fit. Next, prepare your teeth by brushing and flossing to create a clean surface. Thoroughly dry your teeth, as the whitening gel works best on dry surfaces.

2. Applying the Gel:

Less is more when it comes to applying the gel. Avoid overfilling the trays and use a small amount (<0.3-0.5 cc per tray). Place a small drop of the whitening gel halfway up on the inner front surface of the tray for each tooth. Avoid spreading the gel. Recap the pen securely after applying the gel.

3. Inserting the Trays:

Gently insert the whitening tray into your mouth, ensuring complete coverage of your teeth. Press the tray firmly against your teeth for a snug fit. If any excess gel spills onto your gums, simply wipe it away. To enhance the whitening process, position the clear plastic shields of the LED device behind your lips and in front of the mouth tray.

4. Wear Time:

For optimal results, leave the whitening gel on for 15 to 30 minutes per session. Repeat this process for 5 to 10 consecutive days or until you achieve your desired results. Consistency is key, so follow the recommended wear time for the best outcome.

5. After Whitening:

Carefully remove the whitening tray from your mouth once the recommended wear time is over. Rinse your mouth with warm water to remove any residue. Brush away any remaining gel and continue with your regular dental cleaning routine. If you experience tooth sensitivity, consider using a toothpaste designed for sensitivity to alleviate any discomfort.

6. Caring for Your Trays and Gel:

Maintain the hygiene and longevity of your whitening trays by cleaning them regularly. Use a toothbrush and warm water to gently clean the trays, ensuring they are free from any residue. Dry them thoroughly and store them in the provided mouthpiece case to protect them from damage. Store the whitening gel in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its effectiveness.
